Refunds & cancellation
Your cancellation rights for an instant digital download.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download has started — but only because, at checkout, you expressly ask us to start delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once it does. Until you download, you can still cancel for a full refund.
Because the e-book and its teaching pack are delivered in full the moment you download them, we do not otherwise refund a change of mind after that point. Please read each book’s description and what’s included before you buy, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Faulty files
If a file won’t open or is faulty, tell us and we will send a working file or refund you. A download problem is never your loss to carry.
How refunds are paid
In the limited cases above — a cancellation before download, or a faulty file — any refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of us confirming it. When a purchase is refunded, the download link is deactivated.
